2024 Fishing Tournament and Raffle Tickets

Tickets for the 2024 Jamestown Rural Fire Department & Knights of Columbus 16th Annual Ice Fishing Tournament and Raffle are now available for purchase! The tournament will be February 17th, 2024. Below you can find a list of locations where tickets can be purchased. We will update this post as more locations become available or if any new information needs to be communicated.

Tickets are $25.00 each.

Below you can find the locations you can purchase tickets for the 2024 tournament from. Please check back occasionally as locations may be added or removed. If you are a business and would like to support us by selling tickets, please get in contact with us!

Mail-in Ticket Orders:

MAIL IN TICKET ORDERS ARE NOW CLOSED!

You may also purchase a ticket by mailing a check to the Jamestown Rural Fire Department. Checks should be made out to the Knights of Columbus and addressed to the below address.

Due to ND gambling laws, mail in orders are only available to residents of the state of North Dakota. If you reside outside of the state we apologize for the inconvenience.

Please make sure to include the following items to ensure we can process your ticket order:
1. Your name and address.
2. A stamped, self-addressed envelope so we can mail your ticket back to you.
3. Your check or cash for the tickets.
4. A phone number we can use to contact you if there is an issue processing your order. This is also who we will contact you if you win a prize and are not present for the drawing.

Ticket orders that are missing any of the above items will be returned unfulfilled.

Ticket orders should be postmarked no later than January 20th, 2024. Ticket orders mailed after this date may not be filled.

2024 Ice Fishing Tournament Sponsorship Applications

The Jamestown Rural Fire Department is looking for sponsors for the 2024 ice fishing tournament. If your business is interested in being a sponsor please return the form below or contact us via email at firehall@jrfd.org. This year we have three levels of sponsorship available:

Level 1 – $250.00

  • Business name & logo on tournament tickets (5,000 tickets)
  • Business name & logo on tournament posters (100 posters)
  • Business name & logo on website for tournament sponsorship

Level 2 – $750.00

  • Business name & logo on tournament tickets (5,000 tickets)
  • Business name & logo on tournament posters (100 posters)
  • Business name & logo on website for tournament sponsorship
  • Business name & logo on tournament scale house out on the ice

Level 3 – $1,000.00

  • Business name & logo on tournament tickets (5,000 tickets)
  • Business name & logo on tournament posters (100 posters)
  • Business name & logo on website for tournament sponsorship
  • Business name & logo on tournament scale house out on the ice
  • Business name & logo on Giving Hears Day promotional materials in February 2024
  • 1 paid book of tickets (10 tickets per book – $250.00 value)

Tickets for the 2023 Jamestown Rural Fire Department & Knights of Columbus 15th Annual Ice Fishing Tournament and Raffle are now available for purchase! The tournament will be February 18th, 2023. 2023 Fishing Derby Sponsorship

The Jamestown Rural Fire Department is looking for sponsors for the 2023 ice fishing tournament. If your business is interested in being a sponsor please return the form below or contact us via email at firehall@jrfd.org. Sponsors of $250.00 will have their company name on the ticket, posters, and JRFD media sites. Donations of a prize with consist of the company name following the prize on the ticket and posters.

Bids for snow removal (2022-2023)

We are seeking bids for snow removal at the JRFD building located at 1209 9th St SE for the upcoming winter (2022-2023). Bids will be opened at the Jamestown Rural Fire District meeting on September 22nd, 2022. Please mark on the outside of the envelop Snow Removal and mail bids to the Jamestown Rural Fire district. Bids must be mailed and delivered in sealed envelopes by the Post Office be end of day September 22, 2022, or they can be hand delivered in a sealed envelope.
